We incorporate Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP as a system. This concept is based on teamwork, continuous operation improvement, and three-way communication between management, sales and production employees.

Capurro Farms takes great pride in adhering to strict safety standards. With our customers and consumers in mind, we have our commodities sampled, analyzed and certified to ensure that each and every one of our products meets the highest of state and federally mandated standards.
