The clean, sharp flavor of Dijon mustard blended with the sweet taste of honey is a perfect match for our Romaine Hearts. Teamed up with the peppery snap of watercress, this salad is full of taste and loaded with crunch!

Dressing

1 small clove garlic, minced
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 T honey
½ cup salad oil

Ingredients

1-12 oz. package Topless Salad Quickiesä Romaine Hearts
1 bunch watercress, washed and lightly chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 avocados, cut into bite-size pieces
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Chinese-style crunchy noodles
Black sesame seeds, to garnish

Directions

Combine all dressing ingredients except the oil. Gradually add the oil and whisk until smooth; set aside.

Tear Romaine Hearts into bite-size pieces; rinse well to crisp, then dry. Add remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds, and toss to combine. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat evenly. Serve on individual serving plates. To garnish, sprinkle each serving with black sesame seeds. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
