Ingredients

4 lbs. Roma tomatoes
2 white onions
6 jalepeño peppers, do not remove seeds*
2 medium Topless green bell peppers
1-3oz. package Topless VEG Quickies™ Cilantro, or 1 large bunch Topless cilantro
1 T garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Dice the above ingredients and combine together in a large bowl. Season with garlic, salt and black pepper. Yields approximately 9 cups.

* The amount of jalepeños can be increased or decreased according to your level of tolerance. 6 jalepeño peppers rate this salsa’s heat level about a “medium”.
